A stunning pair of diamond drop earrings that were made circa 1910. Each earring comprises a quatrefoil cluster, suspending an openwork pear-shaped drop, via a single diamond and 'knife-edge' bar links, millegrain-set throughout with old brilliant-cut diamonds. The articulated links allow the earrings to move and scintillate when worn. With their fluid yet neat design, they are typical of the transition period between the sinuous Edwardian and geometric Art Deco styles. They are mounted in platinum with yellow gold fittings.

Measurements: Diamonds approx 2.50 carats total. Earring length 4.2cm including hook

Condition: Very good, light signs of wear and repair commensurate with age and use, one hook slightly misshapen but hangs well, diamonds bright and lively throughout
