Shipping & Delivery

We are delighted to offer Free Worldwide Delivery on all orders.

All items are shipped using fully insured, tracked and signed for services.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Swiss Orders:

Sent by Swiss Post or FedEx.

Estimated to arrive within 1-2 working days.

International Orders:

Sent by FedEx International Priority Express.

Estimated to arrive within 3-5 working days. 

Ring Sizing

Ring sizing adds approximately 5 working days to the delivery estimate.

Duties & Taxes

On international orders, the buyer is responsible for all customs charges that may be applied on import into the destination country. Please check with your country’s customs office or government website for further information on the import tax/duty rates and regulations of your country before you make your purchase.

In many countries, antique items (aged over 100 years) are exempt from import tax/duty charges. We will therefore declare these items as ‘personal adornment, over 100 years’ and provide a signed and dated Letter of Antiquity.

Some countries have import restrictions on certain materials including specific gemstones and metals. Please contact us if you are unsure if such restrictions apply to your country.

We have no authority over a local country's customs department.

US Reciprocal Tariff 

Beginning April 5, 2025, the United States imposed reciprocal tariffs on most imported goods.

While we are a Swiss based company, the tariff applied is based on the country of origin of each jewel. The majority of our jewels are of UK origin and some of European origin and will be subject to 10% or 15% tariffs respectively and possible further processing fees. We will clearly state the country of origin on the shipping invoice.
